The subscription rate for Volume 40 is $35.00 domestic and $40.00 foreign.  Subscribers should report the nonreceipt of copies within six months of the mailing date.  If you wish, click below to send email requesting a subscription to the Journal.  Please make sure to include your name, complete mailing address, and phone number.  Of course, you can always mail payment directly to the Business Manager at the address on the contact page.

Individual and Back Issues:

Copies of individual issues from the current volume can be obtained directly from the Journal for $15.00 each.
