Subscriptions

The Journal is published four times per year. Subscription costs $35.00 per year in advance, domestic; $40.00, foreign.

To subscribe, please download the subscription form in PDF or Word format and mail or fax the completed form to MJIL (see contact information at right). Inquiries can be made by calling +1 734-763-6100 or emailing Maureen Bishop at maureena [at] umich [dot] edu.

Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless the Journal is notified to the contrary prior to expiration. Subscribers must report the nonreceipt of copies within six months of the mailing date.

Individual/Back Issues

Issues from the current volume may be obtained directly from the Journal for $15.00 each.
