Subscription Information

Copies of the current volume, which contains two issues, may be obtained directly from the Journal at a cost of $30.00 for U.S. and $35.00 for Foreign (including Canada). Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless the Journal is notified to the contrary prior to expiration. Subscribers must report the nonreceipt of copies within six months of the mailing date.
