Post-Symposium Update: What a successful event! The Law School would once again like to thank all the participants -- audience members as well as panelists -- for their presence and their insightful comments and debates. The participants grappled with some of the most difficult and fundamental issues relating to the international status of indigenous peoples; many pondered the commonality of indigenous claims under international law; others questioned the potential of those claims; others explored exciting new theories and models; and all in a spirit of great collegiality and respect. The Law School hopes to have a transcript of the event prepared and posted to this website as soon as possible. In the meantime, click here for photos of the event! --AMP
