OCI program, where firms can make the interview process carbon neutral.
In other words, participating firms purchase renewable energy green tags or
carbon offsets to make up for the carbon dioxide emissions associated with
air travel during the interview process at We believe this is an important step in beginning to
fight global warming. We also believe it may serve as a nice recruiting and
